When reading this article, I learned about some very new-age platforms that exist today for design. The evolution of drafting to computer aided drafting (like AutoCAD) to 3D printing and beyond is pretty incredible. The abilities of some of these tools have made design a lot more efficient, offering the ability to perform simulations and different test fits and options rather quickly.  I had never heard of a lot of these products like HyparSpace, Ark AI, Planner 5D, and Maket.  Some of these use generative Artificial intelligence to automate things such as floorplans.  Coohom creates the ability to create renderings and product / floor plan visualization.  These tools seem like they make communication way easier on how finished buildings or spaces will look.
